Opposition parties had boycotted Pran Pratistha
Congress, TMC, Samajwadi Party (SP), Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and other opposition parties have boycotted the consecration ceremony of Ram temple held on Monday. On January 10, Congress had said that Sonia Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge would not attend the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha program.

Acharya Pramod Krishnam had objected to this stand of his party Congress. He had said that the construction of the temple has been done as per the decision of the court.
